Prietene...dak ai facut judo...cum te lauzi..:| asta nu are nici o legatura dar nici o legatura cu faptul ca tu faci la presa cu 330.Judo se bazeaza pe tehnica, pe folosirea fortei adversarului nu are nici o leg cu ce ne minti tu aici.
Deci 5 ani judo 4 ani atletism si de la 13 ani faci culturism , tu ai 15 de ani de viata si faci sport de 11 )))Tine-o tot asa )

330 la presa nu e kiar mult..descompunerea greutatii pe plan inclinat face minuni, ma mir de 100kg la impins la 15 ani, dar nu prea tare si eu la 16 ani faceam impins cu vreo 140kg.

Fiecare cu parerea lui .. dar eu nu il cred deloc pe vlad2007 .Clar nu are cum sa faca piept cu 100kg....

hai sa zic povestea cu sporturile mele ...prin clasa intai .. ma duc la judo .... fac 5 ani ... dupa cateva luni dupa ce ma las de judo ma apuc de atletism ( pe la vreo 12-13 ani ) ... si de la primele antrenamente am intrat si in sala de forta ( si am facut presa si impins culcat ... la inceput cu greutati ....super mici )si lucrand cativa ani am crescut in timp ....si de 2 luni fac decat sala si cred ca ma las de alteism

Am si eu un prieten care a jucat fotbal la juniori la Otelu` si mergea la sala si fluiera la presa cu 300! Asta pot sa itzi zic ca am vz cu ochii mei.

ok sa zicem ca asta se poate sa faca cu 300 presa ..dar la ce vad eu in poza lui nu cred ca face cu 100 la piept impins culcat.

ok deci : impins la piept din orizontal 120 kg
impins la triceps 105 kg
ramat la spate 100 kg (fara centura)
geno cu bara 120 kg
trapez 140 kg
indreptari pt erectorii spinali 150 kg
biceps din picioare cu bara Z 65 kg
impins la umeri 60 kg cam atat poate credetzi poate nu! Nu e vrajeala va asigur oricum nu-i nu stiu c k am 22 ani si 78 kg fac d vreo 5 ani!Astea nu pot sa le numesc recorduri atat folosesc eu d obicei la 6 repetari nam incercat niciodata sa fac o repetare cu maxim greutate. bafta baietzi in continuare!

Domnul Neagu .... cum vi se pare ca arat , din poza de mai sus ? este bine pentru 15 ani ? tinand cont ca sportul meu de baza nu este culturismul ci atletismul

Eu am 20 de ani 1.90 m si cam 100 kg.Recorduri actuale:
Impins culcat:100 kg pt 12 repetari
flexii cu bara din picioare la biceps: 55-60 kg pt 12-10 repetari
geno si indreptari nu mai fac de ceva timp...
Cam atat imi vine acum in minte.Dak mai imi vine ceva mai zic.Va urez bafta la toti.
