abdomenul

am un strat mediu de grasime in jurul taliei si as vrea sa stiu care sunt cele mai eficiente metode pentru a scapa de grasime?
alergatul de doua trei ori pe saptamana facut in zilele de pauza (in care nu fak sala) ajuta si daca asta nu afecteaza masa musculara?????
daca fak abdomene ma ajuta cu ceva la eliminarea stratului de grasime?
daca mai cunoastetzi ceva exercitii de eliminare grasimii de pe abdomen care sa ma ajute sa scap pana la vara din stratul grasime????????????????????
astept sugestiiiiiiii!!!!!!!

Efortul aerob (alergare, bicicleta) in combinatie cu exercitiile de forta - eficienta maxima.
Abdomenele nu te ajuta in mod special.
Regimul alimentar este foarte important.
