Cateva pareri!!!!

M-am tot gandit cum sami modific antrenamentul astfel incat sa pot forta la potentialul maxim fiecare grupa.Ce spuneti de antrenamentul urmator : Luni : piept
Marti:Picioare
Miercuri:Spate
Joi:Umeri
Vineri:Triceps
Sambata:Biceps+Gambe

As vrea sa specific ca scopul meu este de a castiga cat mai multa masa musculara si o forta mare , in special la probele de powerlifing( impins culcat,Geno,indreptari) .
Fac de 2 ani sala si am 17 ani

OBs:Am vazut ceva antrenamente in care lucrau bicepsul singur intr-o zi

Pentru ca dupa ce termin picioarele ( geno,bicepsfemural etc) sunt foarte epuizat si dureaza cam mult si asa k le pun cu alta grupa care nu dureaza asa mult antrenarea lor .Ce zici despre antr?

Antrenamentul este unul specific pentru culturisti avansati. Daca vrei powerlifting trebuie altfel sa te antrenezi.
