Antrenament !!!!

nu mai intleg... ori sunt eu batut in cap si ma duc la sala degeaba ori sunt altii aici pe forum care fac prea multe exercitii la o singura grupa :|

la toate grupele bag cate 3 exercitii ( 3 serii a cate 12 repetari fiecare serie), exceptie face spatele la care bag 4 exercitii dar nr seriilor si al repetarilor este acelas :|

e bine sau.... rau ? :|+

Depinde de fiecare cum se simte mai bine cu mai multe sau mai putzine serii.Incearca o luna sa maresti numarul de serii si vezi daca ai rezolvat ceva sau nu...daca da foarte bine daca nu ..ai pierdut doar o luna..eu de ex asa fac de o luna foarte multe serii si imi merge excelent,dar am altii la sala care cresc cu 2,3 exercitii si cateva serii foarte bine.

eu cand mam gandit sa fac un pic de sala ...am tras concluzia ca trebuie sa fac 4, 5 exerciti pe grupa de muschi poate si mai multe la spate si pept...exceptia facand trapezu la care cac 3 exercitiu... e foarte obositor , dar imi merge bine... astept si eu pareri

Deci daca eu fac 8 serii de toate la piept / craci (la spate fac cam 10 serii) , nu e bun ?
Depinde si intensitatea la care lucrezi...

Doamne fereste !?!?! Catabolismul e deja declansat de vreo 1.5-2 ore.))

Eu acum la grupele mici fac 3 ex. X3 serii=9 serii.
dar cum a zis si alex : poti face 2ex. X 4 serii=8 serii

la grupele mari fac 12-13 serii -4 ex de regula

intre serii 1/2-1 min iar intre ex injur de 2 min .... repetarile le fac foarte incet dearece imi place sa tin in tensiune muschii, la fiecare antrenament fac antebrat 2 ex a cate 4-5 serii... dupa aceasta urmeaza cardio: 20 min de de banda 10min bicicleta, 4 serii de ridicari de picioare( nu stiu cum se num ex).... si cam atat... (fac dus ma schimb si plec)... ti se pare ca pierd timpul ?
