Salut

Buna la toti !!

Sunt interesat daca puteti sa imi raspunda cineva ceva legat de sistemul nervos. Eu unu dupa anumite antrenamente tari nu pot dormi noaptea sau sunt agitat toata ziua. Unii spun ca sistemul nervos recupereaza de pana la 3 ori mai greu decat sistemul muscular!

Este vorba de agitatia si stimularea psihomotorie pe care ti-o da un antrenament intens. De aceea nu este tocmai bine sa te antrenezi cu 2-3 ore inainte de ora de somn.
