Buna ziua. Am 19 ani 80 kg 180 si ma antrenez de 3 ani in sala.Iar anul viitor as vrea sa concurez.
Eu imi doresc sa acumulez masa musculara fara prea multa grasime. Intrebarea mea este daca nu cumva ar trebui sa cresc putin consumu de carbohidrati si la cate grame/kg corp?
Masa :
1 100g cereale + 500 ml lapte
2 3 albuse 100g piept de pui 75 g mazare 50 g telemea de oaie
3 un baton protein r cu 30 de min inainte de antrenament
4 dupa antrenament 25 g concentrat proteic 30 g dxtroza + 400 ml lapte
5 100 g piept de pui + 75 g mazare
6 100 g piept de pui + 50 g mazare
7 25 g concentrat proteic +300 ml lapte

in timpul meselor mai consum si 300 g paine de secara (pana la masa 6)
iar intre mese beau inn jur de 1 l de lapte (aproximativ 2 l/zi) degresat
mai iau cam 2 lingurite de ulei de in/zi

Daca fac cardio tot timpul anului imi va afecta cresterea in masa 1-2 ori / saptamana?
La ultimele 2 mese se pot asimila proteinele daca consum putini carbo respectiv deloc ?

Da, ai putea sa mananci ceva mai multi carbohidrati.
