Supliment pentru tonifiere

Salut...o intrebare
Prietena mea vrea sa se apuce de sala.... are 1,62m si 49 kg. Vrea sa-si tonifice corpul...sa capete ceva forme. Ce supliment ii recomandati?

Nu, are mult prea multi carbo pentru o fata.Oricum nu sunt sigur ca e bine ce ti-am recomandat. Proabil dl.Neagu va vedea si acest post. Nu prea e frecventata sectiunea asta si de aceea nu cred ca a vazut.

Excelent raspuns.Ulei de peste si tot ce inseamna acizi omega 3 (fie din suplimente, fie din alimente cum ar fi: peste gras, seminte de in, seminte de chia, nuci), vitaminele a, c, e (vit. a si vit. c le gasesti in legumele cu frunze verzi si in ardeiul gras, iar vit. e in uleiul de masline), antioxidanti (fructe inchise la culoare: struguri, afine, mure, capsuni, zmeura, prune, kiwi).Dupa cum vezi, alimentatia e baza si mai putin suplimentele.

Da, doar ca fetele sunt mai pretentioase la gust.I-ai ceva cu aroma sa ii faca plaacere sa il bea.Din cate am inteles e bun si nearomat doar ca poate ei nu o sa ii placa. Ma rog, tot ce peste 80% in principiu din zer.Oricum, repet, nu stiu daca o fata are nevoie de pudre, doar ca eu le-as recomanda tuturor.

Eu cand vreau sa ma definesc la extrem nici nu folosec pudre proteice, nu le vad rostul.Concetratele proteice nu ajuta pentru ce vrei tu.

Eu cred ca amino te ajuta mult mai mult la definire, ma ales in ultimile 2-3 luni inainte de competitie, cand esti obligat sa reduci din calorii.
