Bunz ziua am 25 de ani 1.72 si 83 de kg. As dori sa slabesc 10 kg. Ce cantitate de carbohidrati si proteine ar trebui sa consum zilnic? Vreau sa va mentionez ca merg de 5 ori pe saptamana la sala. Multumesc!!!

In jur de 100-120 g proteine si 200-250 g carbohidrati (nu ma refer la suplimente, ci la alimente). Asta este o apreciere grosolana. Ca sa iti pot da un raspuns clar, ar trebui sa stiu mai multe despre tine si sa fac niste calcule.
