Exclamation Intrebare Scurta !

Sal,
Deodata cu programul asta ( http://www.topculturism.ro/dr.redis/...228#post106228 ) as vrea sa iau supliment pentru masa ( http://www.picz.ro/index.php?id=bc41...9a6edb93573ab1 ) si intrebare este:

Daca fac cardio in zilele alea o sa-si faca efectul suplimentul?
Sau trebuie sa aleg ( ori masa ori intai dau jos grasimea de pe abs ) ?

Tie iti trebuie ceva , nu stiu exact ce pentru ca si eu sunt incepator, dar este un fel de supliment pe care il iei si dupa aia alergi, si dai jos numai din grasime, din muschi nu dai jos. Cred ca ma refer la aminoacizi (nu ma spanzurati chiar nu stiu sigur).

Aleg varianta sa ajung la o masa/greutate dorita de mine.
Dar dupa ce termin cu "crescutu" am sa fac la sala antrenament de mentinere/definire in care as putea sa incerc Animal Cuts + atentie destul de mare la alimentatie?
