Red face Relaxarea muschiului..

Cum este mai bine, dupa ce muschiul revine din faza excentrica sa ajungi in punctul in care muschiul se relaxeaza sau sa il mentii mereu in tensiune... De exemplu , unii elimina momentul de relaxare la flexiile cu bara pt biceps, faza excentrica nu este finalizata, practic haltera nu este coborata pana la punctul in care antebratul ajunge in extensie maxima... cum este mai eficient , daca ai ca scop cresterea masei musculare ???

Eu raman la parerea ca la orice exercitiu e bine sa ai cursa cat mai lunga.

Teoretic trebuie sa fie mereu in tensiune, practic depinde de felul executiei si de scopuri.

Daca te concentrezi pe greutate maxima, poti lua pauza dupa faza excentica.
Daca vrei mai multa izolare a muschiului tinta atunci mentii contractia.
