Abdomen

Care ar fi cel mai eficace antrenament pentru abdomen?

Ceva foarte intens.... Din ce-am inteles eu dupa forum este ca nu e bine zilnic.... De 3 ori pe saptamana e bine?.....sau o zi da una ba?.... sau cum?

Am vazut exercitiile.....dar vreau sa stiu cum e cel mai bine sa bag abdomene?..... de cate ori pe saptamana?

pai e cel mai bine sa faci macar o zi de pauza sau chiar doua intre antrenamente , eventual in zilele de pauza faci cardio

ok, hai sa iti zic altceva la mine de cand fac abdomen doar odata pe saptamana am avut rezultate mult mai bune decat atunci cand faceam de 3 ori pe sapt , doar ca acuam fac odata pe saptamana dar mult mai intens

Si in acest Antrenament lucrezi Partea de sus....,cea de jos si lateralul?
