Antrenament

Salut,o sa revin in sala dupa o accidentare,si o sa schimb programul.

Luni : piept
Marti : brate + antebrat
Miercuri : spate + lombari
Joi : umeri + trapez
Vineri : picioare.

ce parere aveti ?

Bratele pe ultima zi. Esti ectomorf nu? Nu ar fi mai bine 3 zile. Si eu recent mi l-am schimbat asa.
Luni: Peipt+Triceps
Miercuri: Picioare+abs
Vineri: Spate+Biceps

La luni poti adauga deltoid anterior si la vineri deltoid posterior dar momentan nu cred ca trebuie.

hmmm... nu ai spus ce urmaresti? masa/ slabit/ definire
in fine uite un antrenament de al meu care chiar m`a ajutat sa imi maresc masa f rpd:

Luni:Piept+Triceps
Marti:Spate+Biceps
Joi:Umeri+trapez+Antebrat
Sambata:Picioare+Abdomen

Dupa fiecare serie mai adauga o greutate... Nu face multa pauza intre serii si incearca cand ai greutati mari sa faci cate poti dar corecte

Bratele intra indirect la orice miscare executata (impins, tras). 2 zile pline de "refacere" pentru brate mi se pare cea mai buna alegere.
