M-am lamurit cu tine,oricum,nu trebuie sa folosesti termeni pe care nu ii stapanesti ca sa imi demonstrezi mie ceva,ca nu-i loc.Oricum postul nu e sa ne contrazicem noi,baiatul nu mai posteaza,da avand in vedere ca de o luna a inceput antrenamentele, cred ca principalele obiective ar fii sa isi puna la punct alimentatia si sa faca din asta un stil de viata,ca cm in brat si incarcarea asta progresiva nu conteaza acum

Eu nu folosesc nici un termen pe care nu il stapanesc, vorbesc din experienta, in schimb tu habar nu ai ce cauzeaza cresterea miofibrelor in marime, defapt cam habar nu ai de nimic.Daca tu nu intelegi anumiti termeni, asta nu iti da tie dreptul sa iti bati joc de munca mea.Toate postarile mele pe forumul asta au fost facute cu scopul de a ajuta lumea si crede-ma ca am ajutat multa lume si nu imi pare rau.Tu ai cateva posturi, si astea de hatereala.Am avut cea mai proasta zi mi-ai mai stricat-o si tu.O sa ai mult de pierdut in viata cu hatereala asta, dar in fine, e problema ta.Fii hater in continuare.

baieti..nu va certati Cristi, te rog, spune-mi daca 4-5 serii triceps sau biceps in total, le bag cu greutate maxima ?

EU TE SFATUIESC SA APELEZI LA SUPERSETURI! cuplezi un ex de biceps cu unul de triceps si executi cam 3 superseturi.Cu 6 superseturi iti umfli bratele la maxim, daca lucrezi intens.

am inteles, asta inseamna sa las spatele separat si pieptul separat si sa bag biceps-triceps intr-o zi superset, nu ?

Dar e absurd sa te limitezi la 4-5 serii in special la triceps.Eu ziceam doar in ziua in care lucrezi tricepsul dupa piept sa nu ii dai mai mult, dar e un muschi mic ce se recupereaza repede si lucrat frecvent, ajuta mult la miscarile de impins.Daca vrei si esti interesat, iti las pe privat un antrenament bun pentru ce vrei tu.
