O mica intrebare!

Am o problema! Vrea sa ma apuc de sala , am 17 ani , 73,5 KG , 1,75 , si nu stiu cum sa-mi fac programul! Adica ce sa mananc , cat sa mananc , ce sa nu mananc , Si programul de la sala , in ce zi fac piept , in ce zi fac spate ,...! am mai facut sala 1 luna dar m-am lasat din cauza unor probleme !Si acum vreau sa ma apuc serios! AStept raspuns! multumesc anticipat

ia pe rand fiecare sectiune: fiziologie sportiva, nutritie, antrenament...si citeste
dupa datele pe care le-ai dat, esti mezomorf, deci ai potential

Pt ca suntem la alimentatie , trebuie sa consumi alimente bogate in proteine: carne , lapte , brinza ou, ciuperci.
Pentru antrenament astept intrebari la rubrica dedicata.
