Intrebare

O īntrebare ptr domnul Neagu : cum arată meniul/structura de mancare in perioada de masa? Cāte mese aveați , ce alimente aveați preferate etc ? ✌️

Masa 1 1-2 oua intregi, o bucata de carne de 150grame , o rosie sau ardei gras si un shake de 100gr .
Masa 2 fructe-200gr
Masa 3 o ciorba cu carne+ friptura+garnitura+salata+ desert
Masa 4 imediat dupa antrenament un shake proteic de 100gr +amino daca aveam
Masa 5 la 3-40min dupa antrenament o friptura mare 400-500gr+garnitura+salata+desert
Masa 6 un iaurt sau cana cu lapte+ amino (amino luati inainte cu 20 de min)

Shake de 100 gr era alcatuit din Prot+Carbo sau doar proteina? Ca desert presupun ca foloseati ciocolata ?

Se poate si programul de antrenament detaliat? De incercat pentru la iarna,nu de alta stiu ca aveati structura aia misto de 3 zile/saptamana. Multumesc

Programul dlui Neagu de 3 zile pe saptamana este piept+brate, picioare, spate+umeri, exercitii compuse, 5 serii pe exercitiu a cate 3 exercitii la grupele mari si 3-4 serii pe exercitiu a cate 2 exercitii pe grupele mici din cate imi aduc aminte...Repetari intre 6-12 la trenul superior, 12-20 la trenul inferior.

Pai daca va stiu toate posturile si filozofia de antrenament.Va intreb si eu ceva la rubrica de antrenament, imi raspundeti cand aveti dvs. timp.
