Supliment pentru prima data

Salut. Merg de ceva timp la sala dar nu am incercat niciodata suplimentele nutritive. Daca imi puteti da parere, cu ce sa incep si cand sa il iau as aprecia.
Mananc in general 4-5 mese... Mic dejun, dupa masa mai mananc ceva, inainte de sala si dupa si seara... Nu stiu daca v-ar ajuta alte detalii.
Mai pe scurt... simt ca nu pot evolua mai mult fara a suplimenta avand si un job fizic.

Un supliment din zer whey protein. Ar fi destul? Luat dupa antrenament?

Gainer dupa antrenament, sau whey+dextroza ceva, eu as zice si creatina macar 5 gr/zi.

Daca te simti obosit=glutamina.Daca vrei sa iei volum muscular=creatina+whey.

Multumesc pentru raspunsuri la amandoi! Am cumparat whey isolate, hydrolysate concentrate blend si o sa pun mana si pe niste creatina.

Pe cutia de la creatina (am cumparat 100% creatine monohydrate) spune 5 g la 500 ml de apa iar la whey sunt vreo 45 g in 200 ml apa. Le pot lua impreuna intrun shake de 500 ml? Sa mentin aceeasi suplimentatie si in zilele in care nu fac sala?

Pai in zilele cand nu faci sala, muschii nu cresc? Eu zic sa nu combini creatina cu concentratul proteic, deoarece te vei balona, mai bine le consumi separat.

Se pare ca sunt unul dintre cei care se baloneaza. Dezgustator whey-ul asta cu aroma de ciocolata pe care l-am cumparat. Vi s-a intamplat?

hydrolised whey protein, whey protein isolate, emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), l-glycine, cocoa powder, inulin fibre, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), flavour, sodium chloride, stabiliser (cellulose gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-k).
Sa incerc altceva? Norocul meu e ca am cumparat doar 900 grame si e aproape terminat.

Mi-am comandat unul cu gust de vanilie de la o firma diferita. Sper sa fie mai ok.
Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate*, Whey Protein Concentrate*, Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin), Flavouring, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Lactase, Lipase, Cellulase).

Cand ati zis creatina de 3 ori pe zi, v-ati referit cu cantitatea recomandata de producator? Eu iau creatina monohidrat 5g x 3 shake-uri cu 500 ml apa deci in jur de 15 g. Zilnic. Este prea mult?
