Sugestii antrenament 3 zile /sapt,ectomorf !

Salut!
Ma numesc Stefan, am 24 de ani,1.86 si 73kg.
Dupa multe tentative de inceput si abandon,am revenit iar la sală cu scopul de a creste in masa musculara .
Nefiind obisnuit ,si totodata fiind incepator,poate cineva cu experiență sa imi zica ce si cum sa fac (exercitii) pentru a nu face supraantrenament si pentru a pune ceva masa musculara?
Stiu ca sunt nenumarate posturi pe acest topic,dar sper sa imi recomande cnv ce e mai bine pt fizicul meu daca e posibil.
Inca ceva,pot merge doar 3 zile pe sapt la sala din cauza jobului,deci un program pe 3 zile ar fi ok pt mine?
