E vreo problema dak fac la un antrenament si exercitii pt masa si exercitii pentru definire? Multumesc

nu...dar ai grija sa nu faci supra antrenament....am eu niste baieti in sala care fac 5 ex pt biceps de ex ... sau pt umeri...

ce se intampla daca te supraantrenezi ...in conditiile in care iei si proteine, aminoacizii??
