Cartofi fierti dupa sala

Din cate am auzit eu,sunt buni cartofii fierti dupa sala.

Este adevarat?

Ideea dupa sala e sa iei repede proteina cu absortie rapida si dupaia carbo din cartofi.

scuze daca dau informatie gresita insa am vazut pe net un videoclip destul de apreciat , in care zicea ca dupa antrenament cei care au ~ 60kg sa manance jumatate de banana , cei care au ~80 kg 1 banana intreaga iar cei peste 80 kg sa manance 1 banana si jumatate ... oricum m-a cam pus pe ganduri nush ce sa zic )

Daniel cel mai bine la astfel de video-uri este sa le testezi. Incearca sa mananci 1 banana intreaga dupa sala si apoi zine cum te simti . Parerea mea e ca o sa cazi din adidasi

vroiam sa spun ca imediat dupa antrenament sa mananci o banana , iar apoi mancare ) doar nu mananci doar 1 fruct dupa sala ca nici nu il simti .

E mai indicat un supliment imediat dupa antren, pt ca se absoarbe mult mai rpd.
