Din lipsa de timp mi-am programat antrenamentul pe 3 zile. Intr-una din zile imi antrenez bratele in ordinea urmatoare: umeri, triceps, biceps. Spuneti-mi, va rog, care sunt cele mai importante 2 exercitii pt cresterea in masa pt fiecare din cele trei parti ale bratelor. Eu m-am gandit la forma aceasta:
-umeri: impins deasupra capului (in fata, nu la ceafa) + ridicari laterale cu gantere
-triceps: extensii la paralele + extensii la helcometru
-biceps: flexii cu haltera + flexii cu gantere (cu rotirea antebratului)

Pentru triceps as zice ca mai eficiente sunt extensiile deasupra capului cu gantera si extensii cu bara EZ din culcat. In rest e ok.
