Question RedBull Pro si Contra

salut, am inceput sa beau cate doua RedBull zilnic, asta de vre`o saptamana, are vre`un efect negativ asupra mea si antrenamentului sau vre`un efect pozitiv? ... sau care este efectul negativ dar cel pozitiv, Multumesc!

Pai,ce sa zic,cred ca 1 red bull e ok,dar 2 deja e prea mult. Chestia Pozitiva e ca iti energizeaza organismul,chestia Negativa e inima e solicitata.Acum,faci cum vrei,dar in loc de Red BULL care costa ceva ,mai bine ai da bani pe un supliment energizant care se dizolva in apa.

Si eu mai beau dar facand o medie cred ca vreo 2 la 2 saptamani ) .. Eu unul nu simt nevoia de cafea sau energizante in general.. exceptiile facand atunci cand beau redbull-ul
Deci oarecum pro

Depinde, tinand cont ca un Red Bull contine cafeina cat o ceasca de cafea, unii ar considera ca 2 doze pe zi e prea mult, in schimb sunt care beau 3-4-5 cafele pe zi. Parerea mea: inlocuieste energizantele cu o cafea dimineata sau inainte de antrenament - asta presupunand ca ai nevoie de cafea si ca ai spre 20 de ani.
