Plan actual de alimentație și suplimentație :
-ora 6:40 imediat dupa trezire-tribulus , zma si DAA -ora 7: 500 ml lapte + 60 g concentrat proteic zer de 80%+80 g fulgi de ovaz+1 capsula omega 3+ 4 capsule natural sterol - ora 11 : 200 g piept de pui + 4 ochiuri prajite+ 200 g piure + 200 g salata de varza -ora 16: 200 g cotlet de porc + 80 g de fulgi de ovaz +1 capsula omega 3+ 4 capsule Natural Sterol -dupa antrenament, ora 20: 75 g de concentrat proteic 80% zer + 4 capsule Natural Sterol - ora 22:30: 350 g de cotlet de porc+broccoli+conopida+ciuperci albe agaricius biosporus+1 caps omega 3 -ora 23:30 inainte de culcare cu putin : zma, tribulus si DAA |

Ce spuneti, dl Neagu? Scopul e masa cat mai curata.
In curand fac 8 ani de sala...am avut ganduri care acum mi se par imbecile. Tot ce mai vreau de la mine e sa fiu sanatos, sa arat fit si sa pun masa musculara slaba. |

Putina grasime? Am 500 ml lapte, vreo 500 g de cotlet de porc si 4 oua prajite....

Carbo am cam putini. Undeva la 250 .... chestia e ca sunt foarte foarte sensibil la ei indiferent daca sunt din surse curate.

Marius cred ca pentru o masa curata, cum spui tu din contra ai cam multe grasimi animale din lapte si carnea de porc, ca sa nu amintesc de colesterolul din galbenusul de ou.Carbo ca surse as lua mai mult din salata si legume verzi, pana as ajunge undeva la un procentaj mai scazut cu BF.

Natural e un proces lent si destul de complicat, dar nu imposibil.Parerea mea este ca alteranrea dietelor corelate cu antrenamente adaptate, te pot duce acolo in timp.Dar iti trebuie antrenor bun si rabdare.
