Plan actual de alimentație și suplimentație :

-ora 6:40 imediat dupa trezire-tribulus , zma si DAA

-ora 7: 500 ml lapte + 60 g concentrat proteic zer de 80%+80 g fulgi de ovaz+1 capsula omega 3+ 4 capsule natural sterol

- ora 11 : 200 g piept de pui + 4 ochiuri prajite+ 200 g piure + 200 g salata de varza

-ora 16: 200 g cotlet de porc + 80 g de fulgi de ovaz +1 capsula omega 3+ 4 capsule Natural Sterol

-dupa antrenament, ora 20: 75 g de concentrat proteic 80% zer + 4 capsule Natural Sterol

- ora 22:30: 350 g de cotlet de porc+broccoli+conopida+ciuperci albe agaricius biosporus+1 caps omega 3

-ora 23:30 inainte de culcare cu putin : zma, tribulus si DAA
