Masa 1 1-2 oua intregi, o bucata de carne de 150grame , o rosie sau ardei gras si un shake de 100gr .
Masa 2 fructe-200gr
Masa 3 o ciorba cu carne+ friptura+garnitura+salata+ desert
Masa 4 imediat dupa antrenament un shake proteic de 100gr +amino daca aveam
Masa 5 la 3-40min dupa antrenament o friptura mare 400-500gr+garnitura+salata+desert
Masa 6 un iaurt sau cana cu lapte+ amino (amino luati inainte cu 20 de min)
